Live in roles
Service users will have carers who will be primary caregivers and also support with meeting daily needs. Carers will provide care in different ways including housekeeping, running errands, maintaining bedtime routine, movement around the house, meeting personal care needs, getting involved in activities and socialising, meeting nutrition and hydration needs as well as companionship. Carers will be DBS checked to ensure safety. Please note that also though our carers one to one support, they do get breaks and also sleep at night when Service users sleep. They should not be expected to handle 15 minute wake ups during the night. More information about Live in roles is available upon request.

Domicillary Care services
We provide support with getting up, washing and dressing up. We also support with getting ready for bed, incontinence care, administering medication, preparing and assisting with drinking and eating as well as grooming.

We also provide staff who will be able to assist with administering medication ensuring that it is kept safe. Our carers will provide Service users with support that aims to allow them to live independently. Staff will encourage tasks such as managing bills, helping around the house, confidence building, managing medication and getting involved in the community.
